Mercy Erhi Makpor is a Senior Research Assistant at United Nations University, Operating Unit for Policy-Driven Electronic Governance in Guimaraes, Portugal.
Her research area is in e-Governance, with a keen interest in Digital Transformation, Digital Inclusion, Gender Equality, Equity, Diversity, and Change Management. She is also a Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility Expert with experience in Business Ethics and Corporate Social Responsibility relating to supply chain management, third-party relationships, stakeholder engagements, and effective CSR integration in the Extractives Sector.
Mercy holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the University of Minho, Portugal, an MA in International Economy and Business from the Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary, and a B.Sc in Accounting from the University of Benin, Nigeria. She has chaired at both National and International conferences and is an author, co-author, and reviewer of journal and conference publications.
