Pedro Pinto

Pedro Pinto holds a master’s degree in Communication Networks and Services from the University of Porto, Portugal, and a PhD in Telecommunications from the Universities of Minho, Aveiro, and Porto, Portugal. He is an Assistant Professor and Director of the Masters in Cybersecurity at the Polytechnic Institute of Viana do Castelo, and an Invited Professor at the Polytechnic Institute of Porto and the University of Maia. He is the Deputy Director of the ADiT-Lab Research Center, a collaborator researcher at the INESC TEC Research Center, and also serves as European Commission Expert for European Union calls. His main interests are focused on the areas of telecommunications, cyber security, and data protection.
